【Reservation method 】
● Please have a phone call to make reservation, make sure to inform us the date you are going to stay, your name and your phone number.
● After the reservation is confirmed, please make sure that you remit the money within 24hrs. We will not inform you that we canceled the reservation if we did not receive the notify of money remittance within 24hrs.
● After you remit the money, please make sure that we are noticed. We will have someone to check it for you.
● After we receive the money, we will hold the room for you.
● The reservation time will start from 08:00AM to 21:30PM
【Caution 】
● To bring your ID card and passport to check in
● No pets are allowed
● No alcohols 、 drug s 、 BBQ 、 home party and gambling are allowed, if someone cross the line, then we have the right to call the police.
● No cooking and BBQ are allowed
● We provide rock price, people who are on business trip are welcome to join us.
● In order to maintain the quality of living, please do not make any loud noise when you are coming in. Also, please stay quiet after 10:00PM
● Please do not destroy the items in the room, if we founded that something are destroyed or disappeared, we are going to ask the roomer to pay for it and we will resort to legal measures.
● Please do not have your visitor stayed or increase the roomers
【 Delay noticed 】
● If you have to change the date that you will stay, please inform us 3 days ago, we can hold the room for six months for you.
● If you cancel the reservation on that day, we are not going to return the money and you are not allowed to postpone the date that you are going to stay
● If roomers cannot come to the Inn because of a natural disaster (eg., typhoon, earthquake…). According to the announcement of government, you can choose to postpone the date or we can hold the room for six months for you.
